Terms of service

1. The service
FraudWorks analyzes documents you upload and returns fraud risk signals, a Risk Score, and a verdict. Results are evidence for your own review. They are not a determination that a document is genuine or fraudulent.
2. Not a consumer report
FraudWorks is not a consumer reporting agency and results are not consumer reports. You agree not to use results as the sole basis for decisions about a person's eligibility for credit, housing, employment, or insurance, and to give people a chance to explain a finding before acting on it.
3. Your documents
- You must have the right to upload each document and to have it analyzed.
- You keep all rights to your documents. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service.
- We do not train models on your documents unless your organization opts in.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload malware, try to disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or use it to create documents that pass our checks.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Extra credits are billed at your plan's rate. You can cancel at any time; your plan runs until the end of the period.
6. No warranty
The service is provided as is. Detection is probabilistic: it can miss altered documents and can flag genuine ones.
